The GaDangme National Students’ Union (GADANSU), in partnership with the Coalition of GaDangme Language Teachers (COGLAT), has launched an initiative to support unposted Ga and Dangme teachers across the country.
In a statement released on June 20, 2025, both organizations expressed concern over the delays in posting qualified teachers and the frustration it causes. They assured affected teachers that help is on the way.
The new initiative aims to help unposted Ga and Dangme teachers secure placements and enter the classroom, where their knowledge and passion are urgently needed. GADANSU and COGLAT say this is part of their commitment to the development of GaDangme communities and the welfare of their members.

Teachers who are still waiting for postings are encouraged to contact the support team for assistance through the numbers 0533460862 or 0241617062. The support team is expected to provide information and guidance on available opportunities and the next steps toward placement.
GADANSU President, Nii Adjei Tawiah Isaac, and COGLAT President, Nii Amponsah, have both called on all affected teachers to stay hopeful. They say their organizations are working hard to ensure every qualified teacher is placed and fully supported in their teaching journey.
